Oh my goodness I am so late in posting! :explode:

I sort of maybe have this incredibly special deal going on to where I shouldn't exactly be losing weight......:love: but I need to keep exercising to stay healthy and once this incredibly special deal has arrived, well, I can be ready to lose whatever possible extra weight comes to my body. :huh:

And for a challenge to us all, I think I need to impose the challenge again where whatever exercise we do this week we push through ten additional minutes or add ten extra minutes of another exercise maybe crunches and push ups, or a quick ten minutes of pilates just for extra training?

    No weight loss this week :-/ roll on next week and hopefully a loss in weight :-D
