Arm Flab workouts!

Hey guys. Just curious to know what type of workouts I can do at home and at the gym to get rid of this excessive arm jiggle? I've lost 74 pounds, which I am ecstatic about! BUT I do very little toning. Help!

    Push ups, planks, tricep dips.

    I do the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution DVDs at home. They're only about 30 minutes per day and I have been seeing improvement in overall muscle appearance.

    The "bat wings" may or may not shrink depending on your genetics, but overall fat loss and strength training is your best bet.

    I'd just start with compound lifts. Some form of squat, bench press, overhead press, row, and lower body pull (like a Deadlift or Rack Pull).

    That's easier said than done! Look at you throwing those weights up. Ha ha ha I have no upper body strength at all. Seriously, I about kill myself carrying a 50 LB bag of dog feed. BUT I am tired of making excuses as to why I can't do something SO I am starting. To form a strength training routine.
