So I love food from Hawaii! tonight in our house I am making Kalua pork, cabbage, and macaroni salad. (yeah thats how I roll) Its one of my favorite Island meals. But the one I really love is some good Poke! Preferably from the Poke Shack in Kona. Some Pele Poke to be specific. I wouldnt dare try to make Poke seeing as I am land locked and fresh fish is not available... but a girl can dream right? What is your favorite island eat? Do you ever attempt to make it at home?
