I was looking in my local book store and saw a book called 'THE INTOLERANT GOURMET' - I had a quick look at the ideas and though wow this looks like a gluten free cook book but it also seems to have some recipes that are egg, soya and dairy free.
I had a look at the blurb and in fact all the recipes are egg, soya and diary free and most are also gluten free ( she uses oats for some recipes).
It is aimed at the UK market so most of the ingredients can be found in your local tesco and seem easy to make - just made the banana bread!!
The book in full is pippa kendrick - the intolerant gourmet and costs around £20.
