Ug! No, First day I missed since starting (on week 8). It was an AWFUL day for me. First, I weighed the same. Second I had a funeral. Third, I ate like crap. Fourth, I didn't get to push play cause I visited with the family. I REALLY needed my workout. Alright I am getting off my pity pot. On the upside I just missed a stretch 40 and core 20. Also, I didn't gain weight and aunt flow is due for a visit this week, hence the crampy legs. :( I never weighed myself weekly before only monthly. How much weight does everyone "gain" or not? I hope YOU pushed play and worked hard for me.

Mammacano, I love your profile pic. Makes me wanna smile back. That and it's like I am pround that I did push play. So did you?

^^^^ Yes, Way to stick it out!

I did fire 30 and stretch 10 today. Made me happy and I feel I am getting better at that the fire 30. I did all sumo burpiees (which I hate) But proud I did them  Does anybody else still get sore when doing the workouts? when I started I was all the time and well now not so much. Just wondered.

Thanks Vini =) I did Fire 30 and Sculpt 30 today. If I do Fire 30 with Tone or Sculpt 30, my legs are ALWAYS sore the next day. They are sore to a lesser degree than they used to be, so maybe over time the soreness will go away.

Hey ladies. Congrats Jenni on breaking your plateau! I did fire 45 this morning. I was so tired this morning but made it through. And yes vinni I still get sore but not as sore as in the beginning. Good night and push play tomorrow

Did Fire 30 Yesterday Today I will be doing HIIT 20! Grats Jenni. I broke mine also. I wasn't eating enough and I just was too concentrated on what the scale said. I was losing inches all this time. I have lost 8 inches and 4 lbs since starting Chalene Turbo Fire. That is about right on! =)

OH and I NEVER do the sumo Burpees. I have this thing about my body. It likes to stay where I put it. That going down then getting back up quick stuff never works. Maybe someday but not now. I just squat in place then jump up at the end.

Melzy that is awesome!! 8 inches is a lot!!

Today I'm doing Fire 30 and Tone 30. I didn't do the sumo burpees at first, nor could I do the right and left lunges. I've been getting better at them both, and now I can touch the floor with the lunges! I still feel like I'm going to end up flat on my face with the burpees though. The one thing I am REALLY struggling with are the push-ups.

One of my goals with this program is to be able to do one "real" push-up by the end- plank position, no knees on the ground. Do you guys have any exercise related goals that you want to achieve by the end of TurboFire?

Hmmmmm, I don't have an answer for that one yet. Maybe get through fire ez 45 without feeling like I'm going to die. (I get so out of breath) LOL I'll get back to you on that One might be when she does the tricep while in a plank, Ug or maybe the the move in core 20 where she rolls up(feet in air) then down. I just can't seem to do that one. Yeah I'll get back to you

I was thinking today that I bought the advance series when I got TF. I am not sure if it matters but my program is 20 weeks. Is that what you guys are doing? I don't know if there is a 12 week one or not according to what you buy? I am hoping we are on the same page. :) I just found out there are 2 CLX and TF hybrid schudles. One is Jenalle Summers and the other is in our book. :( It just got me thinking. There are so many out there.

I did push play today and I start week 9 tomorow. Woot! Woot! It's the Hitt-2. Keep pushing play.

Can you tell I like to chat :blushing: I forgot to tell you Metzy, THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!! I have issuse with my scale too! But I can't seem to put it away. I have gotten better by only weighing one time a week. 8" is alot, so glad your doing great. It motivates me to hear other people losing weight slowly and Inches fastly! I feel like I'm the only one, so it's nice to hear your results. I try to avoid Beachbody for that reason seems everyone loses it so fast. :noway: Congrats and keep it up!

Hi Ladies! You all are doing so awesome! Melzy.. congratulations on the inches lost! I have not taken my measurements is quite a while. I just feel like I haven't changed any.. I have not been pushing play as often as I should.. As you all know, I am training for a 10K and this week I have ran 9 miles and taught a kick-boxing class on Wednesday.. Tomorrow is Turbo Fire day and I WILL be pushing play. Hoping to fit another one in on Sunday... Keep it up ladies.. So proud of all of you for sticking with it even through life's adversities!!

Thanks Mammacano and Vini.. I had to put the scale away. I was getting pretty discouraged and I felt myself giving up. Not all the way but if I kept it up i was going to eventually. I am losing weight slowly but its what I wanted. It isn't unusual to lose 1/2 lb a week for women that are in their late 30's and 40's or so I have been reading. Also fat loss is different then the number on the scale. You can lose 4% fat and not have the number move. It depends on the person. I guess. I just know my body hates giving up anything.

Today I did the Fire Starter class. I am saving my long classes for the weekends now because I just can't leave the boys alone for an hour anymore. My older son picks on his younger and they end up fighting and it's annoying lol. On the weekends I have more time since my hubby is home to watch them. Half way through week 10! yay

Well as much as I said I wouldn't, I ended up skipping a day this week... that means that I am playing catch-up! There is NO way I'm repeating week 6 AGAIN.

To catch up, yesterday I did Tone 30 and Core 20, today I did Fire 55EZ and Fire 30 (yeah, I know, it's a LOT of cardio for one day, but my downstairs neighbor is gone so I can jump around. Couldn't do it yesterday.) and tomorrow I'll do Fire 45 and Stretch 40. Holy cow.

Hello ladies. So I had not done TF for two days! Got up this morning and did fire 45 and thought I was gonna die! Skipping two days is rough. I start week 8 tomorrow. I still need to take some updated measurements. People are saying they see the changes. My clothes are fitting a bit better. At week 12 I will be ordering my advanced DVDs. I am asking for Chalene Extreme for Christmas. I will then start a hybrid schedule. We are all doing great! Being in this group is really keeping me accountable! Enjoy your Sunday evening ladies!

Oh I hear you sista, killer when you miss one. So glad your happy to be part of the group (me too). I am doing the 20 weeker and will take my measurements and pics on week 10. Not really ready to do that ,scared of disappiontment. But I think there will be some changes I feel better anyway. That is next week for me. Happy Monday!!!
