So, girls. We made it one week. The first of many to come. I'm glad we're all re-committing ourselves to fitness again. IT IS NOT TO LATE to change. Let's embrace all this technology and git r done. How was the first week of just tracking? Did you remember that old Weight Watchers phrase - If you bite it, you must write it? So... did you track every single thing to get an accurate count?
