It sounds more ambitious than it actually was... 60 of those minutes were lollygagging/strolling at the dog park... the only reason I broke a sweat that time was when I sat in the sun to eat my lunch.
I'm getting to the point now where I get restless and antsy if I don't get enough exercise... instead of dreading it.
It's a nice change.0 -
Going pretty good! But that is a self assessment, others in my life may differ..... (smiling).
I use a recumbent bike in morning and evening for 30 minutes no matter what other things I do for exercise and really miss it when I don't get them in every day.0 -
