bruising?

I started a new job. And in doing the job I am finding that I am receiving alot of bruises. Does anyone know what I can do?

    1. check your INR - I am assuming you have this facility readily available in US - make sure you are not over-medicated
    2. protect the vulnerable parts. Where do you bruise? (What is the job?)

    I am packing boxes to be shipped all over the US

    Have you been - can you be - trained in handling techniques?

    Are you alone or do you have co-workers? If so, how do they protect themselves? They may not be as prone to bruising as you but constant repetition of such knocks is surely going to hurt by the end of a shift.

    I will hve to ask...
    I have ony been working there for 3 days now. And some of the over people there have told me that yes youdo get bruise alot. but this weekend I am going out looking for Arm guards (like in Archery)

    I was thinking of those but couldn't remember what they are called.

    If it isn't too hot where you are you could get some protection from long sleeves.

    - but back to INR, if it is higher than your therapeutic level you may need to get the dose adjusted.
    What are the figures?
    - AND it depends on why you are on the Warfarin.

    Are you taking any dietary supplements that could be interacting?
