1. check your INR - I am assuming you have this facility readily available in US - make sure you are not over-medicated
2. protect the vulnerable parts. Where do you bruise? (What is the job?)0 -
bruisng is on my arms and thigh...
I am packing boxes to be shipped all over the US0 -
Have you been - can you be - trained in handling techniques?
Are you alone or do you have co-workers? If so, how do they protect themselves? They may not be as prone to bruising as you but constant repetition of such knocks is surely going to hurt by the end of a shift.0 -
I will hve to ask...
I have ony been working there for 3 days now. And some of the over people there have told me that yes youdo get bruise alot. but this weekend I am going out looking for Arm guards (like in Archery)0 -
I was thinking of those but couldn't remember what they are called.
If it isn't too hot where you are you could get some protection from long sleeves.
- but back to INR, if it is higher than your therapeutic level you may need to get the dose adjusted.
What are the figures?
- AND it depends on why you are on the Warfarin.
Are you taking any dietary supplements that could be interacting?0
