    A little frustrated I haven't seen the scale budge. I did take 3 days off in a row though because I ran in a 5K Sunday, so obviously didn't do that day, and I rested Sat. and Mon. And I went to Monday night football game no at Soldier Field so I indulged a lil bit more than I should have. Yesterday I picked it back up so hoping for a good week!

    :( Stayed the same, but I feel like I am still losing inches. Hopefully level 2 will jump start my weight loss. But a huge congrats to the numerous shredders who are truly shredding pounds!! Day 2 of level 2 today, here we go!!! Keep it up shredders!!

    Since 10/13 I've lost 1/2 inch on my neck
    1 inch on my waist
    And 3/4 inch on my hips. It's not much but it's progress for only 11 days

    Not seeing the scale budge is getting kind of frustrating, but I just reset my daily numbers this week and also starting yesterday have taken a "no sweets for 10 days" self challenge, so HOPEFULLY next weeks numbers will be lower.

    I feel the same way girl!!! But I just keep telling myself the scale and weight are just a number though. Did you take your measurements at the beginning?? I think that is a real determination especially since we are obviously gaining some muscle and strength. I can do WAY more today than I could day 1 level 1 and to me, that is amazing! I put my scale away on Monday and am not weighing myself for 2 weeks because I have become too hung up on the # when so much more matters! :)
