are you breastfeeding? If you are hungry eat! There are some workout videos that are designed to do with baby (Mommy and Me, baby and mom workout) I modify some of the regular videos to do them while holding baby. There is always walking (with a baby pack or stroller). Take advange of any nice days to get outside. The fresh air will be good for you and baby!
I have 8 kids. We try to work in a walk/hike somewhere in our day. I do the 30 Day Shred in the morning before the kids get up, walk in the afternoon and zumba at night (my baby loves it when I Zumba with him in my arms). You need to try to get as much rest as you can. When my baby was at the 4 month stage I was up every couple of hours feeding him so i would only get in a walk and maybe 30 minutes of a cardio dvd. Oh, check out Denise Austin's pregnant and fit video. It has a post preggo section too.0 -
I may not have the best advice, but maybe it will make you feel better to know you're not the only one! I have a 3 year old and a 4 month old and work full time... just went back to work about a month ago... and my energy levels are definately low.
I must say though, that it helps if I can squeeze in my 30 minute workout in the mornings before work either before the hubby leaves for work or after he takes the kids to daycare (he works earlier than I do). It's not helping me lose weight really because my eating sucks... but it does give me more energy and I think is keeping me from gaining.
I agree about getting outside as well when it's an option...it always lifts my spirits to get some fresh air.0
