I'm sorry for posting this a day late! My internet was out all day yesterday and then also this morning so I did not get a chance. I'm not at home to look at my recipe book, so I will share a recipe this evening when I get home from work. I just wanted to go ahead and post this for all of you that would like to share a recipe!!

Okay, my recipe share this week is Potato Nachos
1 medium potato
3 1/2 ounces lean ground turkey
olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded romaine
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt or fat free sour cream
1 thinly sliced scallion
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut potato into 8 wedges, place on a baking sheet, mist with olive oil and bake 30 minutes, flipping once. In a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté ground turkey, water, and taco seasoning for 8 minutes. Top potatoes with cooked turkey, cheddar, romaine, tomato, Greek yogurt or sour cream, and scallion.
Yummy and Under 500 calories! Makes a great dinner!!0 -
Oh my those sounds absolutely delicious!
I'm gonna share what I have been having for breakfast the past week and a half.
Easy, simple, not even a recipe lol
I need caffeine in the morning but I also need protein and I just don't have the taste buds for black coffee,
so to limit the fat I make myself a protein mocha!
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
12 oz of pre-brewed and refrigerated coffee
1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
SOOO good! And gives me the boost I need for early morning workouts.0 -

That sounds so yummy! I love my coffee but hate it black and don't like all the added calories when you add the good stuff so that would be a great alternative!! Thanks for the share!!0
