'breast cancer awareness'

Is it just me that is offended by guys wearing shirts that say "i love boobs" ?
It just seems to me as if it gives folks another way to degrade women by- again- publicizing our 'private parts'.
I mean, no disrespect... but seriously, wouldn't it be kinda gross or at least weird to see gals running around in "save the testicles" shirts?
I am all for cancer cures and awareness, but all kinds, not just boobs!
What do you think?

I'm not easily offended, but I don't like those shirts. Women actually started it by wearing shirts that say, "Save the TaTas". Some of our students (I work at an all boys, Catholic school) thought wearing those shirts to football games would be a good way to "support breast cancer awareness".

I don't mind all the pink during October. I'm grateful for the awareness and money raised for breast cancer research, I just don't like that much of it goes to SGK. I prefer to support The American Cancer Society, myself.

    Family background:
My father died at age 51 of colon cancer.
My 43 year old sister is dying of brain cancer.
My maternal grandfather died of lunch cancer.
My maternal grandmother died of breast cancer.
I have 2 sisters with melanoma.
