HI,
i just had my daughter 4 months ago, and i need to lose some weight! I am having a hard time finding time to exercise, i cant afford a gym membership but am looking for some exercises i can do at home. I live in Maine, so the weather here is getting really cold outside!! any ideas would be awesome!

    I love all the Jillian Michael's DVDs. She has quite a variety- most are about half hour work outs. Her 30 day shred or Ripped in 30 are really good!
  • I agree on the Jillian Michaels dvds. They have a good mix of strength and cardio, and you only need a set of hand weights.

    I'm working on Jillian's 30 days shred right now. It's a nice quick work out but it is work!
