I like that we are doing this for November, be good for DEC too, i do 5 miles 5 days a week walk/jog, elliptical or stair master and 10 on Saturdays in a combo of two the of before mentioned.....i was trying to figure out how i could goal the month with the holidays, this is a good idea!

    I agree...which is why I thought it would be good to finish strong for the year AND around the holidays! We need to stay strong, and having a group dedicated to it has worked almost every month!

    I dont belong to a gym or have any equipment at home so on days that it too cold or rainy can I count the miles i do with walking away the pounds DVD?
  • I would think that should count since it tells you how many miles you've done. That's a good question because I use a walking DVD too when I can't get to the gym or out for a walk.
