Good afternoon ladies! How was your rest day? Mine wasn't quite a rest day but I still had a pretty nice time. I had a hard time going to bed last night so I stayed up with my mom until about 1am watching Heros or whatever its called. I never get up at 8:30 anymore. Its always 9 or 10. I have to get back on track with that.

Todays workout was HIIT 20 + Sculpt 30. First time doing HIIT 20. It was pretty good. I redid the beginning of HIIT 20 because I felt I could do better when I'm a little familiar with the moves. I'm really catching on to the jumping parts. Really enjoying that part.

Yesterday I watched a documentary called fat,sick and nearly dead. Have you ever seen it? Well if you haven't basically it's about these two guys who have the same exact illness and health problems in every way and they find their cure. Which was a very healthy path. They did a Juice fast for 30-60 days I believe and "cured" their health problems that they were having. So basically the Juice fast saved their lives and they took that and helped other people. Um, it really inspired me. It made me want to try it and see how it works for me. I know I can do it and I know its healthy and beneficial to me and my health so before the end of Dec I want to do it for 10 days. I'm pretty excited about it. Trying something totally new and different from my way of living or what I've learned over the past 17 years of my life and dropping that completely may seem very hard but if they can do it I can do it. Learning stuff like this, thats very healthy and helps you at a young age is perfect to me. I can try this stuff out and share it with any and everyone. I'm hoping I can get a few of my friends/family to do this challenge with me. So we can all be accountable to each other and share our experience and results. The reason I'm not doing it until Nov. end of Dec is because I'm about to be moving in 2 1/2 weeks. I have to get a juicer, job, and everything I need for the 10 days so basically I need to save up for this. Will you guys consider doing this with me?

    Good afternoon ladies! I had an excellent lunch today. I had okra do piaza. It’s Indian and it was nice and spicy. Yum. I couldn’t eat it all, so I’ll have that for lunch tomorrow. HIIT 20 and Sculpt 30 tonight. Hopefully I can get it in before 10pm. Working out in my new workout space (the garage) is great! I have so much more room to move and the bonus is I don’t bother anyone with my jumping and fussing!!

    Jamirah – You haven’t checked in since Tuesday. Hope all is well in Jersey. Hope you’re feeling better too.

    Shalla – I saw that documentary a few months ago. I purchased a Breville Juicer (the one Joe Cross used) on Amazon. My sister and I juiced for 2 weeks and we both lost 10lbs in those 2 weeks. I had juice in the morning and evening only. I would have a vegan lunch during the work week and then pure juice during the weekend. I loved it. Cucumbers make a lot of juice. You have to make sure you juice the right amount of veggies so it will taste good. My sister was very good at blending the right amount of everything; me, not so much. WARNING: be prepared to make friends with the bathroom!!! I’ll juice with you when you’re ready.
