Weights

Hey shredders! Know that our bodies are capable of much more than we think....we are machines! With that said, don't be afraid to use heavier weights as you progress in the shred. If you don't have any, go old school and fill empty milk jugs with sand, pennies, water....whatever. Good luck and happy shredding!

    Great reminder. I've already progressed/pushed myself to using 5lb weights most of the time.

    I've gone from using 410gm can to 1.3kg weights . . . . so much harder and really feel a burn now!
