Just thought I'd share this video with you guys if you haven't seen it yet. The whole thing's on youtube. It's a British documentary about two women who crash diet to see what it takes to be a size zero. Of course it's triggering, so be careful if you're worried about that. I've seen it a few times over the years and always felt it gives me perspective on what normal people think of starving and purging.

I have this persons page bookmarked on my laptop. The docs that spoke to me most were ''The truth about size zero'' and ''Extreme diets''.
I liked watching the ''My big fat diet show'', but that one is more because of the humor that the show host brings to the table. Though the show was also shocking to me, because of their special supermarket.
Other than that I'm totally addicted to ''Supersize vs superskinny''.0 -
