    running and aerobics.. and I've been going to a spin class since I've been told to stay off my knee.

    I do 20 minutes of treadmill and `5 minutes of the elyptic machines and I'm gong to start on weight lifting next week. I just want to get my metabolism working and burn calories for now. I have 35 pounds to go.

    I totally mix it up, I run a lot, lift weights, box, spin, body con classes, aqua aerobics, swim, and generally work out at the gym.

    And now I'm tired just reading that back lol.

    So far I have been doing turbofire for my cardio
