Hi, mamas -
I'm very new to MFP. I'm in the process of adding heavy lifting to my workout regimen. I mostly just run and do power yoga at the moment. Only problem is (ok I have a few other injury-related problems, but I'll just ask about this one for now), I'm hoping to start trying for baby #2 in the next few month.
I have 2 questions:
1) Do you have any precautions for someone in my position? With any luck, I could be pregnant in 3 months. So I'd like to have a routine that assumes I am in the early stages of pregnancy, just in case that becomes the case.
2) A part of me tells myself it's not worth it because I'll have to stop or sharply modify once I get pregnant; do you have any words to encourage me to begin lifting anyway?
Thanks!

Ah... I think I answered my own questions and found some helpful guidelines:
