Post here your progess after Level one, two and three so we can all see eachothers progress!

Im on Level Two Day Two!

SW: 136.6 lbs.
CW: 132.6 lbs.
GW: 125 lbs.

Hopefully my Goal weight isnt a far cry, I lost 4 lbs from the first 10 days so Hopefully I can lose those last 7.6 lbs! I'm not sure If I'll be able to considering the lower you get the harder it is. But we'll see!

  • Ok have have finished level 1 so thought I would also do a measurement comparison. I have been doing shred and some other exercise (walking, jogging, spinning) all but one day out of the 11 days so far.

    Level 1
    Starting weight: 62.9kg
    Neck: 32cm
    Waist: 72cm
    Stomach: 80cm
    Hips: 96cm
    Biceps: 30cm
    Forearms: 24cm
    Chest: 86cm
    Thighs: 52cm

    Level 2
    Starting weight: 62.5kg......400g lighter
    Neck: 32cm
    Waist: 72cm
    Stomach: 80cm
    Hips: 96cm
    Biceps: 29cm.....1cm smaller
    Forearms: 24cm
    Chest: 86cm
    Thighs: 55cm........3cm bigger

    Everything else is the same :(

    I didn't take my stats after level 1, just at the halfway mark on day 15. I lost 3 1/2 inches all over and about 3lbs.
  • I wish I had a measuring tape but my munchkin lost it! :( Now Im on L2D6 EXCITED to see what the scale says after Level Two :)

    My stats are horrible because it's That TOM...

    Lost about 4 pounds

    And 4.5 cm.....


    I had a lot of rest days in between but hope to double up and catch up a little.

    I'm on L2 D2 but I'm doubling up whenever i have the energy and I've also been doing other exercises (walking & jogging). So far I've lost 7LB and also dropped a pant size! I can't wait to see more changes after L2 & 3.
