OUCHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm having a really hard time figuring out what is going on over the past few weeks. I was going along really well and then bam out of nowhere I have these weeks where I exercise, I stay under calories etc. etc. and yet I go up and down. It's like a darn rollercoaster that I want off of. SIGH. I keep reminding myself stay focused, keep going and it will work itself out but it sure is frustrating.0 -
Sometimes we need to eat more calories to drop the weight. You could add a little, 150-200, 0r 200-250, for a week with exercise to see what happens. Just a thought.0
