    OUCHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm having a really hard time figuring out what is going on over the past few weeks. I was going along really well and then bam out of nowhere I have these weeks where I exercise, I stay under calories etc. etc. and yet I go up and down. It's like a darn rollercoaster that I want off of. SIGH. I keep reminding myself stay focused, keep going and it will work itself out but it sure is frustrating.

    Sometimes we need to eat more calories to drop the weight. You could add a little, 150-200, 0r 200-250, for a week with exercise to see what happens. Just a thought.

    My weight loss is slowing down a bit and sometimes I feel a bit discouraged but I tell myself that a year ago I was obese!
