I have fully been bitten by the running bug. I did my first 5k in September (Color Me Rad 5k at the Indiana State Fairgrounds) and my second earlier this month (Wine at the Line 5k at Mallow Run Winery). Another MFP pal and me are also doing the Fright Night 5k in downtown Indy before Halloween.
I would LOVE to get a group of Indiana MFP members together for these runs. It helps keep up motivated to keep training and gives us a place to come together at these events and catch up (like a MFP reunion of sorts).
If anyone is interested, I'm also registered for the Zombie Run, June 22, 2013 in Knightstown, IN. I'm in the 9:30 wave and you can register at www.runforyourlives.com. I'm also considering the Santa Run this December and the Warrior Dash or Spartan Race for 2013.
