Didn't make it on the exercise list. That's me. If I make a schedule for a day, it takes me a week to get it all done. This one was for a week, so it will probably take a month. OK. If I don't have a month, it didn't matter anyway.

In other words, I plan to keep on 'til I get there.

    I didn't gain last week. I knew I hadn't lost because I stress ate, worked a lot of overtime, and didn't exercise. I am trying to get back on track this week. I am going to run the next 4 days. We are going to finally be moving this weekend, so I am not sure how much exercise I will get this weekend. It's been a super stressful week for my family and me. I'm hoping things get better soon.

    That I am happy with. I only got to the gym twice but it must have helped. Going to the gym tonight and Thursday and will try and get there Saturday too.

    Discovered this week I loooove sweet potato's with Sweet Chilli Philly soft cheese yum!
