Losing weight and changing my attitude about eating, why I eat, and how it affects others has been a big big blessing in my life. But the biggest blessing from God is seeing my daughter now begin to weigh herself, exercise more, pay more attention to what she eats and praying to God about her struggles!!! I am so excited that she is slimming down with me. I am excited that she is beginning to keep a food log like I do. The best part is when she came to me and said that she felt God giving her strength to make wise choices and she talks about having victory over temptation! God is so faithful!
