Whoo boy! If the rest of the work outs are anything like this one, I can totally get how people have transformed their body!

Who else finished their first workout today?

    I am on my way upstairs to knock out Fire 30 - I think there are 2 calanders - I have the old one. I think the Fire Starter is on the new one :) Good luck everyone. Let us know how you do!!
