Week 9 everyone!! We're only 2 weeks and 2 days away from Halloween!! It's time to REALLY buckle down!!
What is everyone's goal for this week. Let's really challenge ourselves this week and next so we can be the best possible when Halloween rolls around. I have 4.5 more pounds to lose before Halloween, but my Halloween party is this Saturday so I know I won't get there by the party. That's okay though...my costume fits great and I feel great in it!
So, my goal for the week is to get in 7 hours of workouts at the very least. I was shy by almost 2 hours last week so I really have to step it up. I also want to get in 15 miles this week. It's going to be rough but I know I can do it!

I still have 5 lbs to go to reach my goal, so this week I am going to concentrate on mixing up my workouts & kicking butt to shake up my body.0
