Monday Week 9

Week 9 everyone!! We're only 2 weeks and 2 days away from Halloween!! It's time to REALLY buckle down!! :)

What is everyone's goal for this week. Let's really challenge ourselves this week and next so we can be the best possible when Halloween rolls around. I have 4.5 more pounds to lose before Halloween, but my Halloween party is this Saturday so I know I won't get there by the party. That's okay though...my costume fits great and I feel great in it! :)

So, my goal for the week is to get in 7 hours of workouts at the very least. I was shy by almost 2 hours last week so I really have to step it up. I also want to get in 15 miles this week. It's going to be rough but I know I can do it!

    I still have 5 lbs to go to reach my goal, so this week I am going to concentrate on mixing up my workouts & kicking butt to shake up my body.
