For today drink one extra glass of watert then you normally would today! Water is the source of so many great things for our bodies! It just simply makes all of our bodily systems function better! Also, make sure the older adult and the young ones get enough water too! They are the first ones who are at high risk for dehydration!
Just because we exercise outside in the winter does not mean water is any less important! We still lose moisture through our breath and sweating.

Glug glug glug!

    Since I missed this yesterday I will do it today. I will drink at least 6 glasses of water today that is one more than yesterday. I hope to work up to the 8 that is recommended.
