Woo, we're getting up there in the week #'s. Are you still on track, or are you starting to have difficulties? So far my biggest difficulty remains my downstairs neighbor. I just can't do any cardio when she's home or she bashes on her ceiling until I stop. It's manageable, but it's very annoying.

Oh yes I would have to move! :explode:  That really stinks. I'm still going strong, I only missed one day. Woot, Woot! You know maybe you should talk to her and see if there is a time you can workout with her, to get your workout on. Or tell her it's just an hour and how important it is to you.Maybe if she knows what is up she won't mind. I dunno maybe it would work. My workouts are about to switch up and hit another level. So I maybe  more. Happy Monday Ladies!!!!

Oh I forgot I have a birthday coming in November and currently I have a dress I want from Victoria secert. It's expensive but really nice and I have a goal to get into it by then. I have about a month to go, I haven't ordered it. I am afraid I won't make it. Should I order it as motavation? Currently I have a pic of it hanging on the door I see when I workout to motivate me. I think if I drop 20lbs it would look nice but I haven't lost anything since opening my acount with MFP. The weight dosn't really matter so much as how I look, but you think it's to much for me to hope?

My birthday is in Nov too! I got a new iPad so I'm not expecting anything else. Well I was going to do week 11 but unfortunately I cut my palm on a can sat and had to get 5 stitches. It's too hard to get a regular bra on much less a sports bra so I am taking it easy. Just going todo the treadmill this week. I will be getting the stitches out Sunday so I will start week 11 next Monday.

Did Stretch 40 and Core 20 today. Had to keep it quiet because the neighbor was home. Vini, I tried talking to her before, but she told me that she works swing shifts, so it would be impossible to work around her schedule. Then she told me that I "could take my fat *kitten* to a gym instead.". Soooo yeah, I just try to avoid her whenever possible. I watch for her car to disappear, and then I work out asap before she comes back.

Melzy, it's probably a good idea to take it easy with your hand until you feel up to resuming your usual routine. The last time I had stitches I found that the area would throb when I tried to work out really hard.

Hey Ladies! I am with Vini, Jenni I would ask my neighbor if we can negotiate about the workout. I am in week 8 so that is Recovery Week. It surely doesn't feel that way. LOL! I did Fire 45 this morning. Tomorrow I rest. Melzy I appreciate your drive to keep going with your injury. You are altering your workout and keeping it movin! I love it.

Mine is the 6th :). I am taking it easy I decided to just not work out. This week. I just am having a hard time dressing and everything else with this dumb hand. I can not wait to get the stitches out! I love working out and imiss it. I am eating clean still so that isn't changing any. I will pick back up on Monday next week! Y'all keep pushing play. I'm sitting here being jealous of you. Lol

LOL, it's killer no need to be jealous. You know when you are ready to workout again you will crush it!! All the stress. Ha, enjoy your time off. You sure you don't want to take more time off, like 3 more days. That would put us on the same week. Just kidding. we are all close enough.

Lucy keep up the good work. :flowerforyou: I know what you mean, fire 45 ez always kicks my butt, oh but I think that is my favorite workout.

Yup, Jenni I would have to move. :noway: Somepeople.

I know lucy is a 12 weeker. Who else? Anyone a 20????

Did Fire 55 EZ today. I got the extra workouts to complete the 20 week program, but I was thinking of getting ChaLEAN Extreme and doing the CLX/TF hybrid schedule instead. Odds are I'll just end up doing the 20 week TF before hand.

lol Vini! I still am jealous. Its ok we are going to go look at the fall colors Sat and that will kill a day. Sunday we are going to a movie then i get my stitches out! My wound is looking a lot better now. it was pretty itchy last night but not today as much.

Jeni you should do TF/CLX with me! Thats what i am doing/ I was going to do the 20 but I need to change up stuff. I can feel my body getting used to what I am doing. I am also looking at this little website blogilates I think I am going to do her workout calendar after i do the TF/CLX. Ill need a break from that afterwards hehe.

Jeni--- awesome on the push up!!!! =D

Glad you're starting to get better, Melzy. The last time I had stitches they itched like crazy, too. The ones that dissolve are MUCH itchier than the ones that are removable. Once your stitches are out the itch should mostly go away =) Also, I am really, really considering the CLX hybrid. I definitely need to build up some strength.

Did Fire 45 today. That was the one workout that I ended up skipping for the past 2 weeks so I was surprised to find that it was a bit harder than I remembered!

So today when the newsfeed was down, I read some of your older posts and I really never introduced myself. My name is Marie, I am 31 (bday is coming though) I like to workout in the afternoons. I am really happy to be a part of the group and now I am friends with most of you. It's kinda like working out with you in class. :flowerforyou:

Speaking of which is there anyone in the dvd's that you can relate to or find yourself watching besides the 3 on stage? I sometime let my dvd's play while I drink more water and I like the mom who dropped alot of weight (they show her before pic) She has big boobs. I do to (just sayin) She just seems like someone I'd be friends with. She is in the fire 30 (which I did today) along the side, they show her alot. She is blond and has a tatoo on her low back a triangle of some kind. I find myself pushing harder cause she looks like she has more engery then me at times and that is not allowed. Also I love some of the ladies workout clothes. I can't wait till I can wear a really cute sports bra or nice outfit that matches, got to lose this weight frist. I got to get to bed, it's new week for me. My daughter's 3rd bday is this weekend and guess who has a Cinderella cake to bake for sunday's party. Oh your good!!!   Have a happy Friday!!

Morning ladies...TOUGH WEEK! I didn't workout yesterday. Wednesay was my rest day. My ankle was bothering me a bit, so I sat it out yesterday. Got up this morning and worked out at 4:15am...I did Fire 45 but I had to follow Ally more than Chalene...I tried to keep it low impact but I found myself still trying to do a jump or two, just being careful how I landed. I have also been on a carb high this week  ..it is that time of the month and I crave the crap out of carbs...I need to find some better ways of dealing with my cravings...suggestions anyone! LOL! My cravings will subside soon and I will start week 9 on Monday. Hope all is well with everyone. Oh and Marie, I think Chalene's bestfriend from Orange County with the Triplets, Monica is my favorite, and Ally...Ally is low impact but she still kicks butt! LOL!

Vino, my littlest is 3 too but he turns 4 Jan. lol I am older then you but you are the same age as my sis. As for people I look at no one really except the crazy chick with the dark hair in pony tails in the front. She sumps so high and I just think umm my feet have never been more then 2 inches off the ground even when i was a kid hehe. Ive never been athletic. I used to run because i like it. As soon as i get all the jiggles go away I will take up running again. I love it. Other than that I could care less about sports. I love working out now though. Not sure if I will ever become an athlete but I like moving like one.

Hey Vini take a pic of the cake I want to see it! I will be making an angry bird cake. Its round so that is simple LOL I may buy it though depends on my mood. =D

Lucy-- for cravings I have found simply not eating waht i am craving unless i feel like it. Yeah not much help I know but I just dont keep chocolate in the house or I would just gobble it all up. I do have one on occasion. I get one candy bar and eat it all. Its ok to have a week were you take a break or so also. I take diet breaks. This week is a diet break. Well its not really a break I eat the same foods just not obsessing over writing it all down and all that. Maybe when you feel this way you could just eat at maintenance and give yourself a break.

I always keep an eye on the crazy brunette up front too, Melzy. During the Sculpt video I keep an eye on the girl with the curly dark hair and the back tat. Hopefully someday I can get my back to look like that!!

As for cravings, I don't usually get them. I don't really restrict myself from everything, either. If I want a little piece of chocolate, I'll go buy a little piece of chocolate. I never keep my "sinful" foods in the house, though. That would make it all too convenient. Every time I've tried t diet in the past and cut myself off from my sinfully delicious foods I've ended up getting frustrated and dropping the diet altogether. This time I'm focusing on smaller portions, and small, gradual switches to a healthier lifestyle. So far, so good =)

Today I did Fire 55. I am FINALLY moving on to week 7 next week. I haven't missed a workout all week! Phew!

I am so proud of you guys!!!!! These workouts are tough but we are killing them.

Melzy I have a son who turns 5 in dec. so I am right in the middle. Yes I can relate to the round cake thing last year I did Elmo for my daughter.

Ugh, I crave everything under the sun when it's tom, when I was pregant, I got pretty good at keeping them under control because I had the all day sickness. till I was 6 or more months along with all three. Yes, God did have alittle mercy on me. When I started to get to big to get up off the floor, I didn't get sick as much. lol I listen to Jillian micheals about my diet she says 80/20 all day everyday. Just to try to make healthier choices like if you want something salty have popcorn, chocolate have a small peice, and my personal favorite brush your teeth if you know you really shouldn't have it. :) I carry a toothbrush in my purse but she says they sell disposables at the store just not mine. Good luck!!

oh I forgot another trick I do when I get cravings. I eat something healthy before I have whatever I am craving. That way I see if it is a real craving. If it isn't I won't be hungry for my craving anymore.

Did Fire 30 and Tone 30 today. I finally did ALL of the week 6 workouts in one week! Yippee! Rest day tomorrow.

I don't know if I should move on to week 7 or 8 next week. I did 4 workouts the first week and 4 workouts the second week that I tried to finish week 6 unsuccessfully. Together that's a whole week's worth of workouts.... since week 6 and 7 are the same, maybe I should move on to week 8? What do you guys think?

Yeah go ahead and move on to 8. its an easy week, well relatively, and you should prob take a "rest".

Today is taking out stitches day! I am so ready. It barely hurts anymore and i can move it around with out it hurting so I think by next weekend it wont even hurt at all.

Tomorrow I am back to TFing it. Cant wait. It has been nice not gettng sweaty everyday but I have missed it.
