Hi everyone!

I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred and the elliptical 6 days a week. I love my elliptical...mainly because in just 30 minutes I can burn 436 cals (that is my best burn so far). Every time I finish the shred I dread getting on the elliptical, but I am happy in the end. How is everyone else doing? Oh, I have a short stride elliptical. It is a cheapo, but it works great. :)
