Calories burned challenge .. from 19-Oct-2012 to 25-Oct-2012 .. try to burn 3500+ Calories

calculate the calories everyday after finishing ur workout and write it here day by day and tell us how u burn it.
you set your own calorie goal for 7 days (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!)

    a and b for any activity in the day like :
    a.bike 10 min - 100 cal
    b.running 10 min - 70 cal

    as you like .. you set your goal that you can burn in 7 days , we don't care how many days you workout .. the most important thing is to reach your goal
