Need motivation!

Morning. Like lots here I know what to do just seem to have difficulty cutting snacking! Am 50 next year and really would love to get to grips with this thing. I have about 2-3 stone to lose and am starting again from today. Please feel free to add me as your friends to give me that virtual kick up the a*%$s that I really need.

Hi there just joined the group and just to tell you basically not to give up and hang in there.:flowerforyou:
I started low carb eating about a month ago and i never believed that i would manage not eating bread, potatoes, rice, cake etc but you know what i have and so can you with the snacking. I have the about the same amount to lose as well. It takes a lot of will power to hold back, but when you want to put an extra snack in your mouth just think do i really need it?, is it doing me any good?, or just get a glass of water. I do that a lot. I hope that helps.0
