HI guys. I just joined couple of weeks ago, but forget to log in so am hoping I can find someone to "kick my butt" to keep track of my food. Exercise is not a big deal for me, as I am a runner and fairly active.

Hi Suanne4, feel free to add me...could use the motivation on the exercise side. Good at the eating! I was weight training 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week, an hour for each, but I took a fall and injured my knee a month ago hiking and have had to give up my running and some weights so I'm starting to fear a relapse into old habits...so far my food intake hasn't changed..but I'm not working out now so the weight really isn't coming off anymore. :frown:0
