    Hi folks!

I'm up here in Aberdeenshire!!! I try and log on daily!! I'm more of a lurker than a poster in the Forums and Groups, but do comment on friends' status's and find it helpful specially when they give me a kick in the right direction when I need it!!!

Please feel free anyone to add me!!

I was told on Tuesday that I should eat dripping

because "Dripping wears away stones" (urrrgh!)

This might not go too well with our (ex) Colonial Cousins, huh? Perhaps I should start a thread and see what happens? (?disgraceful expulsion)

I have a good mix of UK and US friends on here. The UK ones understand the foods and products and the US ones understand my choices in sports (Basketball, paintball etc). Diversity is the spice of life

Anyone can add me if they wish. I'm not so great at support but i do read diaries, have a nosey and give support when its really needed or when people ask.

I'm just not the kind of guy to post 'well done' when someone eats under their calorie limit every single day... if they reach 100 days logged in or do a really interesting meal or workout i'll likely comment :)

I'm here from Yorkshire. I really like the fact that MFP has soo many UK brands in it's database.
