How hard is this DVD? I've been considering getting it for my next workout month but I just haven't gone out and picked it up yet. I did 30DS in Sept. In Oct, I started out with No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism but just couldn't handle switching them back and forth.. I'm just doing BFBM until the end of the month, trying to see how long I can keep it steady.
  • I just started it today. Week one isn't bad, and it definitely is an improvement over 30DS IMO in that there are 3 30 second strength segments and not one 1 minute and one 30 second.

Also felt good that she recommended doing it only 5-6 days a week and encouraged you to take at least one day of rest each week.

I started week 2 this morning. I found it hard! Ugh... but I will push through. Scares me to think what week 3 and 4 are all about!

Loved this DVD. I thought it was tougher than the 30DS, and level 3 of RI30 felt harder to me than level 4. I now use it in rotation with 30DS and Killer Buns & Thighs.

thanks for the replies about RI30. I had it on my list of DVDs to get/use but the end of Oct sped by and I hadn't bought any new ones for Nov lol.

I will try to get RI30 for Dec and see if that works. Changing DVDs every month seems to be a good motivation for me and I look forward to this one.
