Walking
XBox Dance Central (it's fun and you really sweat)
I also like to swim, although I don't do it as much as I should
Least fav:
I DON'T RUN!!! I have bad knees, so running is out of the question. Wish I could run. In high school I could run a 6 min mile. Those days are over.
Push Up's, I generally end up just laying on the floor.0 -

I really want to try Zumba, but I committed to finish the 90-days of Tapout XT, so I"ve got to do that first.........0 -

Spinning (when i had a gym membership)
Bodypump (when i had a gym membership)
Zumba, anything to dance to
Yoga
Jogging/Walking
Lunges, squats, and planks
Arm, chest, back w free weights.
Def do not like: PUSH UPS, DIPS (the best workouts for the jiggly arm right?) lol
