I just started Jay's Boot Camp (at Frisco) last week. Anyone else signed up for his boot camp? It's early (5:30am) and challenging, but I've gotten the my best workout in years!

    I'm starting the boot camp in Dallas (American Airlines Center) in Dallas in December. I had a Groupon so I thought I'd give it a try!
