With thanksgiving looming, I'm dreading it. Don't get me wrong I'm looking forward to the good eats and the family time, however I'm concerned about my progress. I'm thinking I should scale back my goal or go harder in the gym.

well i am from CANADA, we just had ours, i have no worries as i am not a dessert person, i do like pumpkin pie but i did not have any, and well, i just work extra harder during the week, and let loose a bit on weekends..drink lots of water before you eat.0
