The Great Debate

With thanksgiving looming, I'm dreading it. Don't get me wrong I'm looking forward to the good eats and the family time, however I'm concerned about my progress. I'm thinking I should scale back my goal or go harder in the gym.

What should I do?

    well i am from CANADA, we just had ours, i have no worries as i am not a dessert person, i do like pumpkin pie but i did not have any, and well, i just work extra harder during the week, and let loose a bit on weekends..drink lots of water before you eat.
