Pre-orders on games $49.99 or more on Newegg are $12 off right now with code EMCJNJD242. I don't pre-order many games, but I snagged Halo 4 for $48 as a XMas gift for my son and Bioshock Infinite for $38 when it comes out next year.
Not sure how long this is going on, but kind of a nice deal. Don't expect to get the games on launch day, or any pre-order bonuses.
