Hey all, new here to the group, and actually documenting my calories in general. Starting my first heavy bulk from 187-200. My lifts are currently as follows:
Bench press 1RM= 205lbs
Squat 1RM= 285lbs
Deadlift 1RM= 325lbs
Currently getting into olympic lifts, off to a slow start
C & J= 185 lbs
Snatch= 145 lbs
Just looking for some pals on here!
