New at 5x5

I have been doing Insanity and on Day# 54 but I also started P90X again for the weight segment. I want to continue with weights but need some help with exercises using dumbells and will use Insanity for my insane Cardio! Is there a site I can log on to to give me some idea's for different moves and some kind of workout schedule?
Any help would be appreciated. I am not new to fitness but haven't done weights in a long time.
