  • John - thanks for starting the message board. I have had one hectic morning.

    Great job in posting & holding yourselves accountable people!

    I'm going to do the same and say I was up .4 this morning. I'm not going to get discouraged though, because I've been exercising all week and I've changed my mindset to really commit and make this work. I'm sure I'll have a loss next week so I'm going to focus on that and my weekly mini goals.

    Weekly Mini Goals:

    walk/jog - 10 miles
    lose 2 lbs
    drink 8 cups of water a day

    I've feel bad that I keep forgetting to get on here and update...I sign into MFP everday and weigh in every Friday...I just have to remember this group...sorry...it's different on my phone but on the weekends I can get on a laptop! :)

    I went up a couple pounds...due to lack of healthier choices...I'm still under 200 but I need to get far away from that number!!!

    I also went up a little - due to my wonky schedule and a wedding. Rehearsal Dinner with yummy Thai food and Running around!! I did dance a lot at the reception, and we're making better food choices this week.

    It would have been easy to avoid today's weigh in and hit the scale tomorrow but to me that is cheating. I am proud that I am keeping my word. Have a great week. Next weigh in I will be 155.

    Last week - 236.6 , this week- 234.4 (2.2 lb loss)
