Hi y'all this is my first week. Done pretty good I think. I'm eating a lot less & look at anything I do now as a form of exercise. i have started walking with my husband in the mornings sometimes & with sister-in-law in the evenings.
The second day I was on here I read a small challenge, to do 25 basic arm lifts. I loved the thought of a challenge so i did them, no weights as I haven't been doing much of anything considered exercise!! I'm looking for a support group who understands the over 40 challenges, & some SMALL challenges to help me along. Challenge me!!!! Gonnamakeitthistime
