I'm new to MyFitnessPal and saw this group. I'm in my late 40's, single, no kids. I am in full time graduate school embarking on a new career. All of my friends are in amazing shape. I appreciate them so much, but they don't understand my struggle with food so I need the support of women in my situation who understand how food can be so seductive during times of stress.
