    Since it's now Sunday lunch time for me does that mean I get to miss this torture session?? Or do I need to do it anyways...... You know I have walked about 6km this morning (in an hour, uphill and downhill) I just swept and mopped my house.....
    Or are you just gonna get up me and make me do those sit ups and push ups????

    my NSV of the day? My mother has been ill lately and lost a lot of weight as the result(not the best way,I know). Anyway, she had some size 14 very nice slacks she gave me because they no longer fit her. I was sure they wouldn't fit me yet and told her so. Long story short, I was trying (and failing) to find something nice to wear for church today and decided to try on those pants. Lo and behold, they fit perfectly! I have shrunk from a size 18 tight to a size 14 loose!!

I was so excited about this group when I found it last night I almost instantly dropped what I was doing, got my 1kg weights and started my first little session of weight training along with my pilates I have to do for my back! Whoooop! I have also got an exercise ball somewhere I'm gonna dig out.....

    Lets DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
