Today was day 7 of my shred journey and I hurt my knee somehow during the jump rope move on day 4. Since then I've had 2 rest days and tried skipping the jumping but my knee still seems to be getting worse. Should I continue skipping things or take a brake to let myself fully heel? I'm wondering if my joints are still soft from being pregnant since my son is only 8 weeks old. Any thoughts?

Yes I would recommend that you take the rest of Oct off to heal, and try starting again in Nov. That may be too soon as well, but I think you need to let your body heal. Best wishes to a fast recovery0
