Awesome loss Sheila, you are doing a great job Girl!!!!!
I plan to go out to dinner for the last time tonight, with healthy choices of course, and then begin my regular eating and tracking first thing tomorrow. I've been out of the swing for a couple of weeks now and feel like it will be like starting fresh.
I look forward to getting back in the swing and am thankful that I was only away for a short time and didn't feel the need to gain back all I lost before getting back on track. Guess there's hope for me after all.0 -
I lost 2.5 pounds this week not sure how, didn't really do that great food and exercise wise0

really happy withmyself this week I lost 1..9lbs, hopefully I can keep that going, but I'm not really sure it happenned, so we'll see, at the end of the day I'm just glad to see the numbers dropping no matter how small the drop.0

Well, I just weighed in, up 2.2 and hope to lose at least half of it by next Sunday's weigh in. Nothing like a challenge to motivate me. Thanks for this guys!!!!0
