Hello everyone! Im just starting my journey going gluten free...hoping this is my undiagnosed problem for the last 6 years of my life...since doctors cant seem to do there job right im testing waters myself! So im curious if you guys know anythign about these three supplements because I cant find anything about them. Ill list the ingredients too so for you veterans you can spot a bad ingredient! I cant yet :/

I know womens one a day vitamins are gluten free...but I have the equate (walmart) generic brand...Equate one daily. Well...theres too many ingredients to list with this! lol...so ill stick with asking if anyone knows if there safe to take?

My Equate ranitidine tablets, its the walmart generic for Zantac 150. It says active ingredient Ranitidine hydrochloride...but it doesnt list "other" non active ingredients. Anyone know anything about this? I did search zantac 150 and those are gluten free...but I know generics can use different fillers and stuff.

And lastly I take a resveratrol supplement...Resvinatrol complete. Its wine and fruit extracts (which im assuming the extract of fruit is still gluten free since fruit is?) and other ingredients...gelatin, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silica.

I was also thinking of taking a caffine supplement to help my metabolism...are they gluten free and what brand(s)?

Any help on those three is greatly appreciated!!!! thanks so much!

The easiest thing to do, since companies change ingredients frequently, is to call the 800 number on the back. If they can't give you a satisfactory answer, don't take it! More than likely, they're fine, but don't take them til you call the company (or email them).

When I buy vitamins I take them up to the pharmacy and they look it up the ingredients for me. Just make sure to specify you want to pharmacist to look it up. I had a problem at target with some regular sales associate trying to tell me they didn’t have gluten, then the pharmacist looked it up and it did. I even have them look up my chap sticks I use.
