Is it okay to only do the lower level?

Cause I tried doing the upper level, and I hated it. And Im already on 30 day shred, so I figured Id just do the lower level.

    I did the upper and lower body, some days I would do a different DVD and if I were too tired or in a hurry I would skip the upper body, but never the lower body. I like doing both (upper and lower) plus is only 20-30 min long, so it can be done very quick :)

    Upper/ Lower
    Upper only
    Lower Only

    What is not okay is to STOP WORKING OUT. that's when you STOP SEEING RESULTS.

    Just do what feels good (wait...um.... ).....
    Also, if your lower needs more work- WORK IT! ;)
