How do Scarecrows keep thier arms up....so long???? 10/22

Okay, I noticed I have been neglecting my arms so I don't want to play catch up come spring so let's all get to it!

Once again (yes I know we have done before) tricep dips!

Push-ups (yes again)

You can even do all week! Do 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps depending on your fitness level! I recommend starting with low weights or none at all if new to this. Technique is paramount!

    In my fitness workout we did arms yesterday and today I did the scarecrow and reverse flys. The scarecrow was tough. Whew I am done!
