New to group & crossfit

Hi there. I have my first essentials class at my local crossfit gym today and i'm really nervous! Just looking for some encouragement and any advice on what i should expect.

    Just work at your own pace and listen to the instructions.

    Know that, eventually, the workout WILL be over. Scale as necessary. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Have fun and don't take yourself too seriously: laugh when you miss a box jump, joke about your weaknesses while working to improve them. You're going to love it!
